1. Who we are
Terrace Systems, Inc. operates terracesystems.org. This policy covers this public website, its business contact form, and the browser-local Terrace Flow demonstration. 2. Information collected
Business inquiries contain your name, work email, optional organization, topic, and message. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, timestamps, browser information, and delivery/error logs. The form uses a session identifier and security token. Submission limits use a hash of the requesting IP address. Do not submit patient records, health information, passwords, or other sensitive information.
3. Demo data
The interactive demo contains synthetic operational examples. Your edits are stored in local storage in your browser and are not submitted to a Terrace database by the demo. The demo has no user account or patient record system. Clear demo data through Privacy choices or the demo’s reset control. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see locally stored entries.
4. Why we use information
We use business contact information to respond to inquiries, discuss the product, and manage the requested conversation. Limited technical information supports site delivery, reliability, and abuse prevention. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on legitimate interests in operating and protecting this business website and responding to inquiries, and on consent where required.
5. Cookies and similar technology
No advertising cookies or third-party analytics are included in this release. The form uses an essential session cookie. The demonstration uses local storage for its synthetic task list. Blocking these technologies may prevent the related function from working. Privacy choices lets you remove the demo’s local data.
6. Service providers and disclosures
Hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate the site and deliver inquiries. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and site security. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This release does not send demo tasks or inquiry text to an external AI model.
7. Retention
Demo edits remain in your browser until you clear or reset them, clear site storage, or the browser removes them. Contact message content is passed to the configured email system and is not stored as a separate message database by the form. We intend to delete routine inquiries from our active mailbox within 12 months after the conversation ends unless continued retention is necessary for a business relationship or legal obligation. Form submission-limit records are cleared after 24 hours during subsequent form requests. Hosting logs and backups have their provider’s retention schedules.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing and to withdraw consent. Send a request to kevin.keenahan@terracesystems.org; we may need to verify your identity. You may contact your local data protection authority where applicable. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights. You can export or clear the demo directly without contacting us.
9. Security and location
The form uses validation, request tokens, session controls, and submission limits. Hosting, email, and deployment settings also affect security; no system can guarantee absolute protection. Processing may occur in the United States and other countries where the selected providers operate. Appropriate safeguards must apply where international transfer rules require them.
10. Children and medical information
This site is intended for adult business users, not children under 18. It does not provide medical care or clinical advice. The public form and demonstration are not approved channels for protected health information or emergency communications.
11. Changes
