Terms of Use

1. Scope and operator
These terms govern the public website and synthetic Terrace Flow demonstration operated by Terrace Systems, Inc., 313 Springbrook Dr., Silver Spring, MD 20904, United States. Contact kevin.keenahan@terracesystems.org. They do not replace a separately executed commercial agreement for a future service.
2. Permitted use
Use this website for lawful business information and evaluation. Do not attack or probe systems without authorization, interfere with other users, scrape personal information, send spam, or misrepresent your identity. You must have authority to submit any business information you provide.
3. Demonstration scope
The current interactive demonstration runs in your browser with synthetic operational tasks. It does not provide shared team accounts, clinical records, EHR connectivity, billing, clinical decision support, or automated notifications. Planned capabilities are not commitments to deliver features by a particular date.
4. No patient or sensitive information
Do not enter patient identifiers, protected health information, medical records, payment data, credentials, or other sensitive information into the demonstration or contact form. No business associate agreement is established by visiting this site. Any future use involving protected health information requires a suitable agreement and approved deployment before that use begins.
5. Not medical advice
The website and demonstration support an explanation of administrative workflows. They do not diagnose, treat, recommend clinical care, determine patient eligibility, authorize services, or replace professional judgment. They are not emergency services or a channel for urgent care communication.
6. Local storage and your examples
Demo edits are stored in the browser profile you use. You remain responsible for keeping shared-device access appropriate. You can export synthetic examples or clear them. Clearing local storage removes those entries and cannot restore your previous edits.
7. Intellectual property
Terrace’s original website content, visual identity, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the demonstration for evaluation. You retain rights in information you submit and authorize processing needed to respond to your inquiry.
8. No paid subscription from browsing
The public demonstration does not collect payment or create a paid subscription. A product inquiry does not establish a service contract. Any paid service, service levels, integrations, or security obligations require separate written terms.
9. Availability and disclaimers
The website and demonstration are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, implied warranties are disclaimed. Nothing excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Terrace is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this public website or evaluation demo. Limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and the website as development continues. The effective date appears above. These terms are governed by Maryland law to the extent permitted by applicable law, without displacing mandatory protections. Questions and notices may be sent to kevin.keenahan@terracesystems.org.
